We have already seen a bunch of new and facelifted cars from Mercedes-Benz India this year, and this 25th we will see the new-gen C-Class. After the C-Class, the German luxury carmaker will launch the much-awaited CLA-Class, which will take on the Audi A3 sedan.

The next all-new product from the stable of Audi will be the A3 hatchback, which is already on sale in several international markets. From the A3 family, the German luxury carmaker currently has the the saloon on sale in India.

Maruti Suzuki India that launched the Ciaz in the Indian market in October, is now contemplating the addition of a new top-of-the-line variant of the mid-sized sedan. To be known as Z+, the new model will carry some additional features and a new colour.

Daimler on Tuesday said it will launch new top end versions of its Mercedes-Benz S-Class, including a sports utility vehicle and a high-end luxury limousine adorned with the Maybach brand.

Toyota India has imported three units of small hatchback, Aygo, in India for research & development (R&D) purpose from its Czech Republic- and UK-based facilities.

The company showed off their compact SUV Quanto, which came with the option of an AMT (automated manual transmission). Christened the Quanto Autoshift, it will feature a new 5-speed automated manual gearbox developed in conjunction with UK-based Ricardo.

Maruti Suzuki India that launched Celerio in February, this year, is now planning to bring in the diesel engined version of the small hatch in the country. Since the company has already started testing the vehicles on Indian roads, we expect this to be rolled out in the first half of 2015.

Honda hasn't shied away from accepting that the Jazz's pricing strategy is what lead the car to bomb when it was first launched in 2009. Though the company had done a splendid job with engineering the old Jazz, it was too expensive for a hatchback.
