At the 2014 Delhi Motor Show, Fiat India showcased its performance oriented Abarth 500. It was rumoure that the company would launch its performance brand- Abarth in December, but now the company has decided to bring in the Abarth 595 Competizione in January 2015.

Developed by a Gujarat based company - Golden Arrow Wireless Pvt Ltd. - at its facility in Aslali, Ahmedabad, the 'green sports car' might be launched by the end of 2015.

Hyundai is working on a facelift for the Eon and it will be here in India by the end of next year. The company launched the car in India on the 1st of October 2011 and since then it has been a competitor for cars from the Maruti stable.

Hyundai, the Korean automaker, that showcased the 2015 Sonata in China last month, has now launched it in Malaysia. The similar vehicle is expected to come to our shores as well.

India's first sports car - the DC Avanti first made its debut as a concept at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo. The production version of the car largely resembles its concept and is now gearing up for an early 2015 launch. It is likely to be priced around Rs. 35 lakh (ex-showroom).

Maruti Suzuki India is planning to bring in a new compact Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) soon. Codenamed YJC, it was first introduced as a WagonR 7-seater variant concept at the 2013 Indonesia Motor Show.
