The upcoming Kia Sonet subcompact SUV has been spotted testing on the Indian roads as the Indian government has eased the lockdown restrictions. The production-ready version of the Sonet SUV was captured on camera by DCV bikes while testing in Haryana. The test mule can be seen heavily camouflaged concealing the details, however, the overall boxy silhouette, sharply raked window-line and dual-tone alloy wheels revealed its identity. The carmaker is expected to launch the Sonet subcompact SUV in India during the festive season.

Skoda Auto India recently launched multiple new products in the Indian market, which includes Rapid 1.0 TSI, Skoda Superb, and the Karoq SUV. Now, the Czech carmaker seems to be preparing to launch another product in the country. The Skoda Kamiq SUV has been captured on camera while testing on the Indian roads. The company is expected to launch the Skoda Kamiq SUV by early next year. The spy shot gives a clear glimpse of the rear profile of the SUV as the test mule was spotted with any camouflage.

The Hector Plus will be offered with captain seats in the middle row. A third row has also been added and it will have a 6 or 7 seater layout.

Mahindra today announced that it will be launching two new SUVs codenamed - W601 and Z101 - in the next Financial Year (FY) 2021-22. As we already know, the former is the next generation Mahindra XUV500, while Z101 is the codename for the new-gen Scorpio SUV.

The third-generation BMW X6 coupe-SUV is all set to be launched in India on June 11. BMW has teased the production version of the iX3 which is all set to be launched in global markets by the end of this year. Production of the brand's first pure electric SUV model will get underway at the BMW Brilliance Automotive joint venture (BBA) in China. The BBA Plant Dadong will produce the first Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) with a pure electric drive train for the global market. The first of these electric vehicles will be delivered to customers by the end of the year.
