Bajaj Auto has reported volumes of total auto sales in October 2021 at 4,39,615 units, down by 14 per cent from 5,12,028 units sold in October 2020. The company's two-wheeler sales took a hit of 17 per cent in October 2021, to 3,91,303 units. Domestic two-wheeler sales skidded 26 per cent in October 2021, from 2,68,631 units in the same month a year ago, to 1,98,738 units. The company's two-wheeler exports took a hit of 5 per cent, from 2,01,659 units in October 2020 to 1,92,565 units in October 2021.

The Bajaj Dominar 400 has establidhed itself as a comfortable sport touring machine, and is a popular model, apart from the Bajaj Pulsar range.

The company's total domestic sales (including two-wheelers and commercial vehicles) in October 2021, declined by 22 per cent to 2,18,565 units, down from 2,81,160 units in the same month a year ago. Total exports of Bajaj Auto declined by 4 per cent from 2,30,878 units to 2,21,050 units. Total commercial vehicle sales however, recorded a growth of 16 per cent year on year to 48,312 units in October 2021.
