Anand Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra Group, announced the company posted a revenue growth of 23 per cent for the first quarter of FY19 with total revenue not including excise duty going up to Rs. 13,551 crore during April-June 2018.

TVS has had a decent start to financial year 2018-19, with revenue coming in to the tune of Rs. 4,171 crore in Q1 FY2018-19.

Eicher Motors-owned Royal Enfield registered a growth of 7 per cent in the month of July, 2018. The bike maker sold a total of 69,063 units (domestic + export) last month, up from 64,459 units sold during the same month last year. Domestic sales stood at 67,001 units, growing by 6 per cent when compared to 63,157 units sold in July, 2017.

Backed by a refreshed models and new launches, Suzuki Motorcycle India registers its highest-ever monthly sales in the month of July, 2018. The Japanese two-wheeler maker recorded a sale of 53,321 units last month, a growth of 56.6 per cent, when compared to 34,038 units sold in July last year. The previous month saw Suzuki introduce refreshed versions of the Gixxer SF SP motorcycle for 2018, while the Burgman Street scooter was also launched in July.
