Volkswagen Motorsport in India has been setting the pace when it comes to giving young drivers a platform. Stars like Aditya Patel have all come from humble beginnings of the Volkswagen Polo Cup and of course, VW has also had the Vento cup for the last few years. Having been behind the wheel of every single race iteration Volkswagen Cup cars in India, from the Polo R racecar, in both the petrol and diesel form and the Vento in its original and evolution format, this new Ameo R racecar that has recently been doing the test rounds at the MMSC race track in Chennai is something that I personally am itching to get behind the wheel of.

Rreigning world champions Mercedes-AMG have revealed the 2017 W08 EQ Power+ F1 car for the new season. The factory team showcased the new race car at the Silverstone circuit in the UK, with the car making its track debut first. The 2017 Silver Arrows gets a plethora of changes in tandem with the revised FIA regulations, as the car now sits wider and lower than the championship winning W07 from last year.

The fourth season of the T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship organised by Tata Motors will take place on the 19th of March 2017. Tata has already organised three successive truck racing championships in the country, which have been quite well received.
