With 21,300 units sold in June 2024; Kia marginally missed out on a double-digit yearly growth in the month of June.

Between April and June 2024, Audi India sold 1,431 vehicles in the country, reporting a 6 per decline compared to Q2 2023.

Toyota reported total sales of 27,474 units for the month of June, of which 1,722 units were exports.

The carmaker achieved this sales milestone within two years.

Suzuki’s domestic sales stood at 92,032 units, growing by 37 per cent last month when compared to 67,040 units sold during the same period last year.

While the passenger vehicle segment saw the highest-ever monthly sales trend with 3.36 Lakh units, two-wheeler sales drove growth with a 31 per cent growth at 17.5 lakh units.

According to the data shared by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA), compared to the 17,40,649 vehicles sold during the same month in 2023, the auto industry saw a growth of 26.74 per cent YoY. 

While Nissan's domestic sales went down by 8 per cent at 2,404 units, the exports saw a marginal 1 per cent growth at 639 units.
