In March 2024, Tata Motors sold 50,297 passenger vehicles, witnessing a year-on-year growth of 14 per cent compared to 44,225 units sold in March 2023.

Compared to the 6,051 vehicles retailed a year ago in March 2023, MG witnessed a year-on-year decline of over 23 per cent.

While cumulative auto sales were up 13.07 per cent year-on-year, compared to January sales in February 2024 were down 4.61 per cent.

Strong sales in the domestic market saw Bajaj Auto post a cumulative sales growth of 24 per cent in the month.
