The 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class has finally gone on sale in India at a starting price of Rs. 56.7 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is the 5th generation E-Class that has arrived in India and it comes in the long-wheelbase (LWD) guise. The car is available in both petrol and diesel variants - E200 and E350d.

Mercedes-Benz recently released a teaser of the 2017 E-Class Cabriolet ahead of its Geneva Motor Show debut. The new E-Class Cabriolet will have three engine variants in the base E 220d, an E 300 and a top of the line model in the E 400. The E 220d will have a 2.0 litre diesel engine producing about 188 bhp or so while the E 300 will have a 2.0 litre four cylinder petrol engine producing over 240 bhp. The biggest engine on offer will be a 3.0 litre V6 petrol engine that will pump out over 330 bhp and will also have Mercedes' 4Matic AWD system.

Volkswagen is all set to take the wraps off its latest sedan, the Arteon at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. However, the company couldn't help but release a couple of teaser pictures before the actual reveal of the car. Volkswagen calls the Arteon a fastback and will be positioning it above the Passat, replacing the old CC sedan in the line-up.

Porsche India recently brought in a limited edition 911 R model in India. Purchased by a Bengaluru-based Porsche collector, this particular 911 R is currently the only one of the 991 units produced globally, which has been delivered in India.

Jaguar Land Rover India today announced the local manufacturing of the new Jaguar XF and which sees an overall price revision of the variants of the car. The XF diesel now starts from Rs. 47.50 Lakh and goes all the way upto 60.5 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The petrol on the other hand starts from Rs. 52.50 lakh (three lakh cheaper than before) and goes up to 59.50 lakh. It was in September 2016, that the company first launched the new XF and that time it was priced at Rs. 49.50 lakh and so the base variant of the diesel is now Rs. 2 lakh cheaper.

Hyundai has unveiled the new-gen i30 Wagon. Officially called as the i30 Tourer, the car has been revealed ahead of its official public debut, which was slated to take place at the upcoming Geneva Motors Show on the 7th of March 2017. The new-gen i30 Wagon is built on Hyundai's new design language and comes with a host new design and mechanical enhancements suited for the European markets.

Hyundai is all set to unveil the new-generation i30 Wagon at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show next month. Ahead of its public debut on 7th of March 2017, the new Hyundai i30 Wagon has been recently teased by the South Korean carmaker. In addition to its Wagon bodystyle, the car's design and styling have been borrowed from the i30 hatchback that was unveiled last year at the 2016 Paris Motor Show.

The latest set of spy shots of the new generation Mercedes-Benz A-Class have arrived from Sweden, where the model was spotted during cold winter tests and have managed to give glimpse of the hatchback's interior for the first time.
