The new Toyota Vellfire luxury MPV has been recently spotted in India again, ahead of its official arrival. Expected to be launched in India sometime in the current fiscal year, the luxury MPV seems to been spotted in some parking lot, possibly in Bengaluru, given temporary Karnataka TC number plate.

Mercedes-Benz will launch the G 350d in India as a CBU model which will make it quite an expensive proposition and substantially expensive than the Jeep Wrangler or Land Cruiser LC.

Maruti Suzuki has silently rolled out a new cab variant of the Ertiga MPV in its line-up. The new Maruti Suzuki Tour M diesel is based on the Ertiga and gets the new 1.5-litre oil burner, priced at Rs. 9.81 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new version is specifically targeted fleet operators and joins the Tour M petrol and CNG versions that were launched earlier this year. The new Maruti Tour M diesel gets the automaker's in-house developed 1.5-litre four-cylinder, DDiS motor that develops 94 bhp and 225 Nm of peak torque, while paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The fleet version claims an ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 24.2 kmpl.

The Kia Carnival will be the first of two cars that Kia Motors will bring to India next year. The 2020 line-up will kick-start with the Kia Carnival luxury MPV to take on the Toyota Innova Crysta and will also include the second volumes model - QYI subcompact SUV.

Isuzu Motors has finally pulled the wraps off the next-gen 2020 D-Max pick-up truck range in Thailand, ahead of the SUV's official debut slated for October 19. Globally, the D-Max pick-up truck has been in the market since 2011 and is finally getting a generation upgrade after 8 years.

Datsun has launched the CVT variants of the new Go and Go+ in India. The Go CVT is priced at Rs. 5.94 lakh and the Go+ CVT is priced at Rs. 6.58 lakh.

The company is expecting sales to improve at least in the passenger vehicle segment during the festive season.
