Ampere Vehicles, the e-mobility business of Greaves Cotton Limited has announced achieving a new sales milestone of 1 lakh electric scooters in India. The 1 lakh milestone comprises both brands, Ampere and ELE, the electric three-wheeler brand of Greaves Cotton.

The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 156 crore in the period from April to June 2020.

Users can now switch on their Revolt electric bike with the Swipe to Start feature via the MyRevolt App.

The Simple One electric scooter, from Bengaluru-based electric vehicle start-up Simple Energy, will be launched on August 15, 2021.
