Mahindra Mojo Electric Version Spotted Testing
An electric prototype of the Mahindra Mojo was recently spotted testing in Bengaluru. The electric bike was spotted testing near the Bosch factory in the city, hinting towards a possible variant coming up in the future. Speculations also suggest that the Mojo Electric could have been built by a component manufacturer with the bike used as a base to test its technology. While little is known about the Mojo electric version, the model just might be Mahindra 2Wheelers revival for the touring motorcycle that went on sale in 2015. The image surfaced a few notable details on the Mahindra Mojo electric prototype that certainly has our interests piqued.
Pagani Confirms Electric Car For Near Future

Pagani, the boutique Italian hypercar maker known to make the most expensive brand new car in the world, the Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta will soon make an electric car. According to reports, the owner and founder of the brand, Horacio Pagani has confirmed that the automaker will launch an electric car buy 2025. The Huayra, the hypercar that Pagani currently builds is it the end of its life cycle and will be replaced soon by a new hypercar too. That one though will not be electric and will use the same AMG sourced V12 naturally aspirated engine with a manual gearbox.

Russian arms manufacturer Kalashnikov has unveiled a new electric adventure motorcycle, and this one is available for civilian use as well. The UM-1 has a maximum speed of around 90 kmph with a battery range of around 150 km on a single charge.

FAME India II To Be Launched By PM Narendra Modi Next Month

The second phase of the FAME India scheme will be kicked off on September 7, 2018, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, according to officials, as per a report by PTI. The scheme for Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of (Hybrid &) Electric Vehicles (FAME) India was introduced in a bid to incentivise sales and manufacturing of electric vehicles in the country. Under Phase II of the initiative, the government has earmarked a budget of Rs. 5500 crore to be used over the next five years and will be used to provide subsidies to all types of electric vehicles.
