MG Motor India today officially unveiled its fully-electric B-segment SUV, the MG ZS EV. Expected to be launched in January 2020, the ZS EV is the second model to be launched by the Chinese-owned British brand, and the first electric car from Morris Garages in India.

The facility would see investment of more than $2 billion, with GM and LG Chem expected to invest more than $1 billion each.

The MG ZS EV has come to India through completely knocked down (CKD) route and we can expect the pricing to be aggressive by EV standards when it goes on sale in January 2020.
