Suzuki Motorcycle India Rolls Out 3 Millionth Vehicle At Gurugram Plant
Suzuki Motorcycle India has added a new milestone with the production of the third millionth vehicle at its Gurugram facility. The company rolled out the 3 millionth vehicle on 17th April and has attributed the achievement to the success of the Gixxer and Access 125 models in its line-up.
Carburetted Yamaha FZ-16 Discontinued In India

The latest two wheeler to be pulled off the market due to Bharat Stage IV (BS-IV) emissions is the carbureted Yamaha FZ-16. The Japanese bike maker has removed the carb FZ from its website but is yet to make an official announcement about the same. However, Yamaha dealerships that we spoke to across the country have confirmed the development.
2017 Kawasaki Z250 Facelift Launch Soon

Kawasaki will launch a facelift of its least expensive model on sale in India - the Kawasaki Z250 - on 22 April 2017. The bike retains the same engine and cycle parts, but is expected to offer ABS this time around, along with new colours.

Kawasaki's flagship streetfighter, the Kawasaki Z1000 will get upgraded for 2017. The new model will be launched on 22 April 2017 and will get a re-tuned ECU for more torque and power lower in the rev range, as well as new instrument panel, gear position indicator and a shift-up indicator.

A production model of a new BMW middleweight adventure bike has been revealed in latest spy shots. While there are no details available on the new bike yet, according to reports the bike is expected to be the BMW F 900 GS, and will replace the BMW F 800 GS as a 2018 model.

The Husqvarna 401 Svartpilen concept seems to be nearing production as an almost production-ready model of the bike was recently spotted undergoing test runs. The Svartpilen borrows its underpinnings from sister firm KTM, more specifically from the made in India KTM 390 Duke's powerplant and suspension.

Norton Secures Funds To Ramp Up V4 Production

Norton is planning to increase production of its limited edition V4 SS and V4 RR superbikes to 1500 a year. This would mean the new funding will help Norton acquire more manpower and extend the production capacity.
