Jawa has named after the original Perak that was showcased at the 1946 Paris Motor Show during World War II.

Classic Legends, resurrected the iconic Jawa nameplate with much fanfare last year. The Mahindra subsidiary introduced the brand with three motorcycles - Jawa, Jawa Forty-Two and the Jawa Perak. While the latter was launched only recently, the company started operations with the Jawa and the Jawa Forty Two. However, with an overwhelming number of bookings, the company took some time to streamline its deliveries that started in March this year. However, Jawa Motorcycles now says it's production process is more streamlined and that will ensure deliveries meet the promised timelines.

The Company has exported brand new Peugeot e-Ludix to France from India and it's the first electric scooter to join the French Presidential fleet.

Classic Legends, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra, has launched the Jawa Perak bobber in India priced at Rs. 1.94 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The all-new Jawa Perak is the country's most affordable Bobber-styled motorcycle and comes to the market exactly a year after it was first showcased at the Jawa brand launch in 2018.

Although retail sales during the festive season has been enthusiastic, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) sees the two-wheeler industry ending the financial year with negative growth.

The C-Series is the latest model from Australian electric motorcycle manufacture Savic, and it's available in three trims - with different performance, range and cycle parts.
