Poor Performance and poor service

The motor got repaired within 2years. And again when called for service they are charging 10000. Please don't buy this bike as this is waste of money

Trap for Ev buyers

My Honest review, This is just a prototype model. The company is trying to make money even from it. They are not concerned about customers, this model lot of bugs can't able to list all here few priority points to mention is 1. It has suspension issue while riding, lot of back pain is felt.when riding even in 23kmph. 2. No Safety for battery it moves when we ride over speed breakers or small pits in roads. 3.rain water easily enters in battery compartment. 4.rear brakes can't never be adjusted Unless you have remove whole set to adjust. Now I'm suffering after buying this bike, this is my honest review Don't buy any EV when it is in prototype /testing phase Don't falling in trap just for looks alone , If u wanna risk u r money it's upto you no one can save you, Get ready to suffer.

These are the issues I have identified so far with Atum bike 1.0 1. Doors closing and uneven: battery and storage compartments does not close easily. We got to struggle or adjust a couple of times to close them. The battery compartment door when closed is uneven. They are made of plastic which seems to be very fragile. 2. Storage compartment - wet As the compartments are not properly sealed, how does it not prevent water from getting in? How resistant is it to rain? Looks like the documents or whatever we keep in storage compartments have a good chance to get wet. 3. Battery compartment -wet Looks like there is a good chance that water could enter here and damage battery. How are you planning to deal with this? 4. Battery not firm - keeps moving When the bike rides on uneven road or on speed breakers, we can clearly hear the battery jumping around in the compartment. How safe is that? I can’t believe that someone could deliver a bike even without fixing this. Does this not damage the battery as well as bike? Is it not dangerous for the customer to have bike in this condition? 5. Bike service : How are you planning to get bike service in case of any repair and you are not from Hyderabad? Check with them if they have their team in your city in case if you have repairs.Also, if the technicians come home for the repair, they can only do a quick fix of some of the issues. They are forced to think something out of the mind just to temporarily manage to mitigate the issue. As the product design (like compartment doors ) is a fundamental issue, they are not left with much options to fix it . 6. Communication: In general, they always hide their identity while replying and the reply would always reply saying “Our Techincal team will reach you”. There will be again no details of who and when he will be coming unless you explicitly beg for details. Another strange thing is, no one will be willing to share their project head name or his contact details. I don’t know why they are so hesitant to even tell the name. 7. Selling different variants of bike for the same order: The sooner you order, the more unlucky you are. They did not had the patience to design and test properly before selling it to the customers. How can any company sell a bike when the battery is jumping around in compartment while you are driving and water could easily get in while it being an electric bike? Next, I know that they are delivering different variant of bikes now. I was excited at the beginning thinking I was buying an Indian product and the design seems to be cool and all but, now that I have bought this bike i deeply regret. They care a damn about their customers and their priority is making money than to provide safety of their customers or the intention to at least give a decent product.
