#TataMotors #NexonCrashTest #carandbike ➡️After scoring 4 stars in Global NCAP's crash test in August this year, the Tata Nexon has made history by going the distance and becoming India's first ever 5 Star car. ➡️The Nexon has achieved this by scoring 16.06 points out of a possible 17 - the highest as yet for any Indian-made car. ➡️The subcompact SUV has gone into the record books by becoming India's first car to ever have this top score. ➡️The Nexon already held the highest score for all India-made cars tested, but with a 4-star rating in results released in August 2018. ➡️But what really helped the Tata Nexon to go from 4 to 5 stars? Alejandro Furas, Technical Director at Global NCAP explains, "The ABS, or anti-locking brakes, in a full channel version, is a standard fitment for all the cars, so all the Nexon's wheels have ABS in four channels. At the same time, the seat belt reminder was also now introduced by the manufacturer as a standard feature for the driver and passenger side as well. ➡️The car also retains its 3-star rating for child occupant safety.

#MarutiSuzuki #VitaraBrezzaCrashTest #carandbike 0:00 - Start. 0:06 - Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. 0:50 - Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Crash Test Analysis. 1:38 - Word from Secretary-general, Global NCAP. 2:06 - Global NCAP Crash Test Analysis for Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. ➡️India's largest selling SUV, the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza has scored a 4 Star rating in the latest tests conducted by the Global NCAP. ➡️The Vitara Brezza was awarded four stars in the latest round of crash tests which is good news for current and future customers of the subcompact SUV. ➡️Global NCAP crash tested the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza sub-4-meter SUV at 64 kmph in a front offset test in an ADAC crash facility in Germany. ➡️The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza scored a 4-star rating for front adult occupant safety and scored a 2 Star rating for rear-seat child safety. ➡️The Brezza's body shell takes most of the brunt of the damage to its front end while the likes of the a-pillar remain completely unaffected. This means that there is a very little intrusion into the passenger cell itself. ➡️The Global NCAP also rated the body structure of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza to be stable. The fact that the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza comes with ABS, two airbags, and ISOFIX as standard tremendously helped the Vitara Brezza get a high score.
