Kia India's wholesales stood at 16,331 units last month, reporting a decline of 22 per cent when compared to 21,021 units sold during the same period last year.

The Nissan Magnite has been a gamechanger for the automaker and significantly contributed to improving Nissan India's volumes in the country year-on-year.

Tata Motors, the country's third-largest passenger vehicle manufacture by volume, has released the monthly sales number for October 2021. Last month the company's total domestic passenger vehicle sales stood at 33,925 units, a year-on-year growth of 44 per cent compared to 23,617 units sold during the same month in 2020.

The net loss for the company has widened by quite a margin as the it had posted a net loss of Rs. 314 crore in the same quarter a year ago (Q2FY21).

Honda Cars India's total domestic sales for October 2021 stood at 8,108 units, a decline of 25 per cent compared to 10,836 units during the same month in 2020. However, compared to 6,765 units sold in September 2021, the company saw a month-on-month growth of 20 per cent.

Skoda Auto India has released its monthly sales numbers for October 2021, during which, the company sold 3,065 units in the country. Compared to 1,421 units that were sold during the same month in 2020, Skoda witnessed a year-on-year growth of 116 per cent.

Domestic market two-wheeler sales reduced by 14 per cent, from 3,01380 units in October 2020 to 2,58,777 units in October 2021.
