Bajaj Auto's domestic sales for the last month stood at 126,752 units, down by 36 per cent year-on-year when compared to 198,551 units sold in March 2021. Exports, meanwhile, remained steady at 170,436 units in March 2022.

Ather Energy sold 2,591 units in March 2022, a rise of 120 per cent year-on-year, while the previous month also saw the company rollout its 25,000th 450X electric scooter.

Honda 2Wheelers India Saw a 2.8 per cent growth over last month's figures as it closed the month with 3,21,343 units sold.

On the exports side, the company reported sales of 9,200 units in March 2022, as compared to 5,885 units sold in March 2021, a spike of 56 per cent.

Compared to March 2021, the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer's overall sales declined by 22 per cent, when it had sold 5,76,957 units.
