Tesla To Deliver New Model 3 Orders By Year End
Tesla Inc Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk said on Thursday that Model 3s ordered in the United States by the end of this month will be delivered by Dec. 31, as the electric carmaker tries to take advantage of tax breaks. "Tesla just acquired trucking capacity to ensure Model 3 can be delivered in U.S. by Dec 31 if ordered by Nov 30," Musk tweeted. "Skipping rail saves over a month for East Coast deliveries. All things considered, it's better to use trucks. Single load/unload & direct to owner location." Tesla did not immediately respond to a request for more details about the acquisition.
Mahindra Marazzo Prices To Increase From January 1, 2019

Four months after launching the Marazzo, Mahindra has decided to revise the introductory prices of the shark inspired MPV. The Marazzo will undergo a price hike of around Rs.30,000-Rs.40,000 across variants which will be effective from January 2019. The Mahindra Marazzo was launched in September this year at an introductory price of Rs. 9.99 lakh for the base M2 variant and Rs. 13.90,000 lakh range topping M8 variant, all prices ex-showroom, Delhi.Last month, Mahindra had announced to have received over 10,000 bookings for the Marazzo across India and the company.

Earlier today we brought you news on how bookings for the new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga have begun with a booking amount of Rs 11,000 at Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships across the country. And now, new detailed pictures showcasing the Maruti Suzuki seven seater MPVinside and out have surfaced. The new Ertiga will be launched in India on November 21, 2018 and is expected to have a price tag of between Rs 7-11 lakh. The new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga will also be available with both a petrol and a diesel engine. The petrol engine is a 1.5-litre K15 engine making 103 bhp while the diesel is a 1.3-litre DDIS 200 engine making 89 bhp. Both cars will get a 5-speed manual gearbox with the petrol also getting a 4-speed torque convertor automatic. There will be no diesel automatic Ertiga at the time of launch and no factory fitted CNG Ertiga either. Hyundai Plans To Invest Rs 7000 Crore In India

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu government in January 2019 for expanding its current production facility in the state. The Korean carmaker is planning to invest Rs. 7000 crore in India. The management of Hyundai Motor India, led by its Managing Director and CEO, Y K Koo, vice-president corporate affairs, B C Datta, assistant vice-president (Finance) N Ramesh called on Chief Minister K Palaniswami at the Secretariat and had a brief interaction.
