Tesla Inc's Model 3 and S sedans both regained "recommended" status in Consumer Reports magazine's annual reliability survey, allowing the electric carmaker's overall standing to rise slightly.

In a big step towards charging time reduction, electric vehicle owners could soon be able to fully charge their cars in as little as 10 minutes, courtesy of new battery design. A report by NewScientist states that the new design heats the battery to increase the reaction rate.

Lithium Urban Technologies, one of India's largest electric vehicles fleet operators, has announced partnering with Wipro to offer employee transportation service to the tech giant's offices across the country. MG Motor India has come out with the first promotional video, teasing its upcoming electric vehicle, the MG ZS EV, earlier known as the eZS. Set to become the company's second product in India after the Hector, the new MG ZS EV will also be the company first fully electric SUV for the Indian market.
