Collector Boasts of Having 5500 Scale Models of The Ford Mustang
Highlights
We have always been fond of the bond man and machine shared and we know that this love starts at an early age. Well, for Adelbert Engler, it all started at the age of 7 and currently, he owns the largest viewable Ford Mustang scale model collection in the world.
Engler owns a Mustang restoration and repair shop in the city of Heusden-Zolder, Belgium, and that's where all these scale models have been displayed. He has every variant and version of the model ever produced. So, there are a total of 5500 models on display.
But it is not just scale models, his love for Mustangs goes beyond that. He also has whisky bottles in the shape of Ford Mustangs, radio controlled cars and a Christmas tree with Mustangs on it. The rarest models from his collection are two Edelbrock cars from the Camee and Chisty sisters which took 8 years to get and the special thing about it is that it is a Shelby with an Edelbrock engine in it.
It's been 50 years that the Mustang has been part of the Automotive world and what better way than look at the collection to see the evolution of the car, right?
