2017 Honda City Facelift Launch: Highlights
The 2017 Honda City facelift has been launched in India at Rs. 8.5 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new generation Honda City first arrived in 2014 and was the segment leader till Maruti Suzuki Ciaz reclaimed the spot in 2016. However, the sedan, with its sight on taking back the lead, has received an extensively refurbished front along with other cosmetic changes. As far as rivals go, the Honda City 2017 will continue to face competition from the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz and Hyundai Verna.
Yamaha FZ25 Launch: Highlights

Yamaha India has launched its next big street fighter motorcycle the - Yamaha FZ25 today priced at Rs. 1.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike marks Yamaha entry into the fast growing quarter litre segment in India and competes with the likes of TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, KTM 200 Duke and the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar NS 200. Maruti Suzuki Ignis, the highly anticipated urban compact vehicle from the Indo-Japanese carmaker was launched in India today. Launched at an introductory price of Rs. 4.59 lakh to Rs. 7.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the car will be exclusively retailed in India by the company's premium dealership network, Nexa. Bajaj Dominar 400 Launch: Highlights

The Bajaj Dominar 400 is the new flagship offering from Bajaj Auto and is has finally made its official debut in the premium motorcycle segment priced from Rs. 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike competes with the KTM 200 Duke, Mahindra Mojo and Royal Enfield Classic 350. The Dominar 400 has come a long way since the concept, but has managed to retain most of the styling bits, while the mechanicals have seen a number of changes. The nameplate received of host of changes right from Pulsar CS 400, VS 400, to the Kratos. Power on the Bajaj Dominar comes from a 373cc single-cylinder DTS-i engine with a 6-speed transmission and a dual-channel ABS. The bike is primarily targeted towards riding long distances without having to compromise in power. The Dominar will surely stir up the 300-400cc segment in the country with its highly competitive price tag. With bookings commencing today at Rs. 9000, deliveries will begin in January next year.

In its third generation, the SUV has been creating a lot of buzz in the market and also received positive reviews when it was first showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo this February. The new Toyota Fortuner has been one of the highly anticipated SUVs to be launched in India this year. The SUV went on sale in India today at a starting price of Rs. 25.92 lakh for the manual petrol variant topping out at Rs. 31.12 lakh for the 4x4 automatic diesel trim. The second-generation Fortuner comes with some major design and cosmetic updated along with some mechanical changes as well. The 2016 Fortuner now comes with all-new diesel and petrol engines from the carmaker's GD Series line-up, which we have already seen in the new Innova Crysta. In India, the new-gen Fortuner will compete with the likes of the new Ford Endeavour, Hyundai Santa Fe and the Chevrolet Trailblazer.

The Rapid now gets a refreshed front end, with the new familial Skoda grille, new bumpers and new headlamps as well. Also, the car might get LED lamps, newly designed alloys and chrome to give it a premium look. There are updates to the interior as well. A 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with MirrorLink, reverse-parking camera will be offered on the top-end variants.
