The Ducati Monster 797 has been finally launched in India, priced at Rs. 7.77 lakh. The Ducati Multistrada has also been launched alongside and is priced at Rs. 12.60 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), making it a highly lucrative option in the touring segment.

The new Ducati Multistrada 950 is the smallest capacity member in the Multistrada family. Whereas the second model, Ducati Monster 797, is positioned as a motorcycle for beginners.

The launch of the new Triumph Street Triple has really made things interesting in the middleweight motorcycle segment in India. The bike will rival the likes of the Kawasaki Z900, Ducati Monster 821, and Aprilia Shiver 900.
