The British motorcycle brand is making a comeback with a new V6 Cafe Racer, the first Levis motorcycle to be produced in 80 years.

A specially prepared Kawasaki Ninja H2 will be used in the attempt at the Bonneville salt flats on August 11.

Bajaj Auto has confirmed that the KTM-owned 'Husqvarna' motorcycle brand will also make its debut in the country next year. The motorcycle maker announced the development at the company's annual general body meeting in Pune earlier this month. The announcement comes on the heels of the BMW G 310 twins launch that went on sale last week.

For 2019, the MV Agusta F3 800 may get a comprehensive electronics package update, including cornering ABS and slide control.

In the near future, Ducati will introduce cornering ABS on all its models and also plan to launch a model with front and rear radar by 2020.

India Kawasaki Motor (IKM) has introduced the locally assembled 2018 Kawasaki Ninja 300 with Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS) in the country and a more affordable price tag. The 2018 Kawasaki Ninja 300 is priced at Rs. 2.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), and the updated model now comes with new graphics and paint options, but more importantly gets the option of ABS. With more locally sourced content going in, the Ninja 300 is now cheaper by Rs. 62,000 than the previous version on sale.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced the 2018 Mavi moto-scooter in the country priced at Rs. 44,775 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Launched in 2016, the 2018 Honda Navi gets subtle cosmetic upgrades over the current version, while there are two new colour options on offer, taking the total count to six. The 2018 Navi is priced at a premium of Rs. 1991 over the existing model for the standard version.

Motorcycle volumes in the domestic market grew by 39 per cent, with the Bajaj CT100 series selling over 1,90,000 units in the April-June quarter.
