The Suzuki V-Strom SX is an entry-level adventure sport motorcycle built on the Suzuki Gixxer 250 platform, with design and styling inspiration from the bigger Suzuki V-Strom models. The V-Strom SX introduces a 250 cc sport touring motorcycle based on the Suzuki Gixxer 250 platform. The made-in-India Suzuki V-Strom SX marks the entry of Suzuki into the 250 cc entry-level adventure sport touring segment. Billed as a crossover, the V-Strom SX has been designed to cater to a segment of riders looking for a versatile adventure sport touring model, capable of taking on the daily commute, highway riding, as well as for exploring mild off-road trails.
The engine is based on the Suzuki Gixxer 250 series, with the 249 cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled single overhead cam (SOHC), four-valve engine, making 26 bhp at 9,300 rpm and 22.2 Nm of peak torque at 7,300 rpm. According to Suzuki, the 250 cc adventure sports tourer has adapted analytic technology from MotoGP that was used to develop the valves, shim type roller rocker arms retainers, and pistons to reduce weight.
The Suzuki V-Strom SX also comes with Suzuki Easy Start System, Bluetooth connectivity via the Suzuki Ride Connect app, which offers features such as turn-by-turn navigation, incoming call, SMS alert, WhatsApp Alert display and missed call, speed exceeding warning, phone battery level display and the estimated time of arrival. A USB outlet on the left side of the instrument cluster can charge a device. It glows blue making it easy to spot and use even in low light situations. The missed call alert and caller ID feature are available only on Android systems.
Compared to the Gixxer 250, the V-Strom SX has more ground clearance of 205 mm and has a kerb weight of 167 kg. Fuel tank capacity remains the same at 12 litres. The Suzuki V-Strom SX employs a 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel combination, but suspension travel isn’t increased to offer full-blown off-road credentials. The Suzuki V-Strom SX is priced at Rs. 2.11 lakh (Ex-showroom) and has the KTM 250 Adventure and Benelli TRK 251 as its main rivals. But considering its price tag and capability, it will also go up against the likes of the Royal Enfield Himalayan, Yezdi Adventure, Hero XPulse 200 4 Valve, and even the Honda CB200X. There is no doubt about the fact that there are a lot of takers for motorcycles like the V-Strom SX. Popping colours, tall stance, mini-ADV looks, decent capability and not super heavy on the pocket. It does have a lot of capability, great highway manners and for a motorcycle that costs less than two and a half lakh rupees, it makes great sense even in a segment that is loaded with options such as the Royal Enfield Himalayan.

How is the design?

A sport touring motorbike with a displacement of 250 cc and a platform similar to that of the Suzuki Gixxer 250 is presented by Suzuki in the shape of the V-Strom SX. Suzuki is making its debut in the 250 cc entry-level adventure sport touring market with the introduction of the V-Strom SX, which is manufactured in India. How is the performance?
Comparable to the Gixxer 250 street naked, the 2023 Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 is propelled by an oil-cooled, single-cylinder, SOHC 4-valve engine that has a displacement of 249 cc and generates a maximum power output of 26.5 horsepower at 9300 revolutions per minute (rpm) and a maximum torque output of 22.2 Nm at 7300 rpm. The BS6-compliant engine features a fuel injection system, electronic ignition, a 6-speed constant mesh transmission, and a wet multi-plate clutch. Additionally, the engine is designed to meet emissions standards. How does the motorbike ride?

How comfortable the motorbike is?
The Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 is a great bike for commuting or weekend rides. It's comfortable and easy to ride, making it a good option for people new to motorcycles. The seat is fairly low to the ground, which makes it easy to get up and down off the bike. The handlebars are placed close together, which makes it easy to manoeuvre. The Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 also has a fuel tank that's small compared to some other motorcycles, so it doesn't take long to fill up.
In line with its use for commuting and touring, this motorbike from Suzuki features a rider's triangle that the company has managed to design to perfection. Absolutely powerful engine

I ride this strom in mountain terrains oh man what a bike he climb like a champ. Himalayan 450 is my first bike the major problem is it's have noises in the engine after 300km i show this to showroom they said it's a common issue. But the engine sound is annoying and another problem is oil leakage what the hell going to my new Himalayan. Himalayan is not good offroad i for sure there is no doubt you feel rough on offroad no smoothness. Then i decided to resale and then buy suzuki v strom no words it's a offroad champion no oil leakage, no annoying sounds, it's smooth on offroad we can't feel you're going on off road the suspension is so smooth.

It's very comfortable with on road as well off road trip, good pick up, milage, All parts and components are perfectly tune hence give fabulous performance even ride for continuously 14 hr for 800 km. It's perfect
