Gurugram-based Revolt Motors recently announced its plans to foray into the nascent electric two-wheeler market in the country. The new start-up is founded by Rahul Sharma, who previously built Micromax mobiles. While the company did not reveal any details about its offerings at the time of its announcement, images of its first electric two-wheeler have made their way online for the first time. Revolt's new electric two-wheeler is specifically a motorcycle and the prototype certainly looks like something that will be grabbing a lot of attention.

The concept motocross electric bike is the first of its kind from Honda, and is built on a Honda CRF250 chassis with the power unit from Honda's electric partner, Mugen.

Revolt Motors is an up and coming electric two-wheeler startup and it will be launching its first electric motorcycle in June this year. Revolt Motors was founded by Rahul Sharma, who is also the co-founder of Micromax.

The Mugen Shinden Hachi will be piloted by John McGuinness and Michael Rutter at the TT Zero category at this year's Isle of Man TT.

The GoZero Myle is more suited for daily commute and is powered by a 300 Wh battery which gives it a range of 45 kms whereas the GoZero One which is the flagship model is for trekking and off-road purpose and is powered by a 400 Wh battery which gives it a range of 60 km. Being designed to go off-road, the One also gets fatter rubber with slightly more profiling and a tweaked front shock absorber. Moreover, the Myle gets 3 paddle assist modes while the One has five paddle assist modes. What all remain common in both these bikes are features like disc brakes, cruise control and the battery pack on both the bikes are swappable which means you can take them out and can plug it into the regular power sockets. It's similar to charging your phone.

British brand GoZero Mobility will launch two electric bicycles in India on March 27, 2019.
