BMW Motorrad has announced few updates for its top of the line 'R1200' range of motorcycles. The liquid-cooled boxer engines which are fitted in the R1200 range will now get a judder damper on the transmission output shaft and the transmission shaft bearing. There will also be an On Board Diagnostics indicator lamp (OBD) on the instrumentation panel.

Ducati celebrated its 90th anniversary by revealing a limited anniversary edition of its flagship motorcycle, the 1299 Panigale S. The crowd at the WDW was privy to a special preview of the 1299 Panigale S Anniversario edition by none other than Casey Stoner, former MotoGP world champion along with Ducati CEO, Claudio Domenicali. Only 500 models of the 1299 Panigale S Anniversario Edition will be manufactured.

Royal Enfield has issued a service update for the Himalayan adventure tourer. The company is calling it a 'proactive service update', as it's received complaints on a number of issues including engine noise, hard gear shift; the stand touching the body of the bike and change of sari guard.
