The festive season in around the corner, and our automakers are all set to usher in several new and facelifted cars in the market. Here's a list of cars that are expected to be launched in August 2014

Mercedes-Benz India intends to launch the CLA sedan in India within the next 6 months. While the AMG variant has been priced at Rs 68.5 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), we expect the regular avatar of the sedan to be priced at Rs 30 lakh.

When I first saw the Zest and Bolt at their unveiling right ahead of the 2014 Indian Auto Expo, my first thought was "Tata finally has winners in its hands". I will not go as far to say that these two are the best looking cars in the market, but both of them are easily amongst the better looking lot.

Along with launching two new cars - the Zest compact sedan and the Bolt hatchback, Tata Motors has plans to enter the entry-level hatchback segment too that is led by Maruti Suzuki India and Hyundai for now.

The company has begun teasing M4 on its social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The M4 is essentially a new-generation M3 coupe with a different name.

Proving all the rumours right, Honda Cars India has now officially confirmed the launch of Mobilio for July 23, 2014. In fact, the company has also begun taking pre-bookings for the car for a token amount of Rs. 50,000.

Scheduled to be launched on 23rd July, Honda's first ever MPV - the Mobilio - can now be pre-booked. Dealerships across the nation have now started accepting pre-orders for the MPV for a token amount of Rs 50, 000.

Set to be unleashed in domestic market by the end of this month, the Mobilio MPV has been receiving a lot of attention for a myriad of reasons. Its mileage being the primary reason.
