Kia Motors India commenced the bookings for its upcoming Kia Seltos early this week, on July 16. Now, the company has announced that it has already received a record 6,046 orders for the upcoming compact SUV, on the first day itself.

The new Honda HR-V is possibly the next big launch from the Japanese carmaker in India, and the SUV is likely to arrive as a CKD (completely knocked-down) model.

Both models are towards the end of their lifecycle and require a generation upgrade. Volkswagen is working on new models and the new-gen models are scheduled to arrive in 2021.

Bookings from the much-awaited Kia Seltos compact SUV have commenced in India at the dealership level. Kia dealers in Bengaluru and Gurugram has started taking pre-orders for the soon-to-be-launched Kia Seltos for a token of Rs. 25,000, and have told carandbike.com that the SUV will be up from display by end of July or early August 2019.

July 10, 2019 marked the centenary of Bentley Motors and to celebrate the same, the iconic unveiled the EXP 100 GT concept, previewing what the future of the brand will look like. The Bentley EXP 100 GT concept was unveiled at the automaker's headquarters in Crewe, England, and is a one-off grand tourer destined for the year 2035.
