2018 Paris Motor Show: New Toyota Corolla Hybrid Unveiled
The Corolla Hybrid is based on the latest-generation Corolla Sport hatchback that is on sale in the Japanese market. The model on display at the ongoing Paris Motor Show is powered by the same powertrain seen on the Toyota Prius, but in a mild-hybrid version unlike the plug-in hybrid that powers the Prius. It's a 1.8-litre, four-cylinder, Dual VVT-i petrol engine coupled with an electric motor that in combination develops 98 bhp at 5500 rpm and 142 Nm of peak torque at 3600 rpm. This engine is mated to an E-CVT gearbox and can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 10.9 seconds. It can hit a top-speed of 180 kmph.

BMW India has added a new petrol version its line-up with the X1 SUV. However, what's interesting is that the BMW X1 petrol gets a BS-VI compliant engine, meeting early on with the April 2020 deadline of BS-VI engines on new vehicles. The BMW X1 sDrive20i is offered exclusively in the xLine design variant that brings practicality and modern styling to the premium SUV. Like the other versions of the X1, the new X1 petrol is also locally assembled at the BMW Group plant in Chennai and is now available for order across the automaker's dealerships pan India.
BMW X7 To Debut At 2018 LA Motor Show

The BMW X7, the flagship SUV from BMW, will be unveiled at the 2018 LA Motor Show in November. The X7 will be the biggest SUV from the German manufacturer and will feature third-row seats. The X7 has been built at BMWs Spartanburg plant in South Carolina, US, and has already gone through several rounds of extensive testing on different terrain, ranging from ice and snow fields in the arctic circle to desert and gravel tracks in South Africa. According to BMW, the X7s off-road abilities are as good as how the SUV performed during tests in stop-and-go traffic as well as winding country roads.

Isuzu Motors India will be introducing the 2019 MU-X facelift in the country on October 16, 2018. The Isuzu MU-X SUV was first launched in India in May 2017, and is all set to get comprehensive changes over the outgoing version. Visual upgrades on the Isuzu MU-X facelift include projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights, reworked front grille and bumper. The fog lamps are larger now and sport chrome inserts for a premium touch. At the rear, the MU-X facelift will also sport revised taillights, new bumper styling and a large roof spoiler at the rear. The SUV remains largely unchanged in design, as seen in the spy shots, but will sport new alloy wheel design.

The Eeco was designed to cater the needs of the middle-class Indian family especially in tier 2 cities and also to support small scale business.
