Kawasaki India was on a launching spree this year and has introduced some highly awaited motorcycles throughout 2017. It now seems, the Japanese bike maker will start off 2018 with a bang with the introduction of a middleweight cruiser. Kawasaki India has teased the Vulcan S cruiser on its website, hinting at an imminent launch soon.

Hero MotoCorp today unveiled the new 2018 Super Splendor, Passion Pro and Passion XPro in India. The bikes now comes with better styling and new colour options and graphics option. All three 2018 Hero bikes now comes with the company popular i3S (Idle-start-stop function) as standard.

The Indian two-wheeler giant will be introducing three new bikes later in the day from its commuter range. The offerings are set to get updated styling, while a few models will also witness extensive changes including a new powertrain. Ducati has an illustrious list of celebrities turning into fans in India and globally, and bringing one home is Indian choreographer and film director Remo D'souza. The ace choreographer has recently purchased the Ducati SuperSport S, adding the versatile Italian offering to his garage. In the Star White shade, the Ducati SuperSport S is the premium version of the motorcycle and is by the most comfortable full faired motorcycle to come from the Italian bike maker.

While we like our cars and motorcycles the way they are, they might not necessarily use the same powertrain in the future. Well, a glimpse of the same was recently seen in Bangkok, Thailand where someone swapped the single-cylinder internal combustion engine on a Royal Enfield Classic 500 for an electric motor. The Classic 500 Electric was put up on display at a local RE dealership and gives a glimpse of what an old-school motorcycle of the future will look like.

Over the past six years, Honda has expanded from one to four plants with 11 assembly lines with an installed capacity of 6.4 million units a year, and tripled their network reach.

In order to safeguard its position in the country, the company also plans to continue with the development of traditional internal combustion engines.
