German bike maker BMW Motorrad has announced the 2019 GS Experience in India for the first time. The GS Experience is an initiative that offers riders an opportunity to ride the BMW GS motorcycles in its natural habitat and understand its capabilities. The complete adventure experience is curated by BMW Motorrad India with certified trainers. Hosted over a period of two days, the BMW GS Experience will be held across 11 cities including Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Kochi, Chennai, Bengaluru and Coimbatore.

Triumph Motorcycle India has announced a number of offers across its existing bike range. Depending on the motorcycle, the British bike maker has either discounts or accessory upgrades. The offers are available on the Triumph Speedmaster, Bonneville Bobber and Bonneville T120 that are available with a benefit of Rs. 40,000 each. The Triumph Street Triple S, meanwhile, is being offered with zero per cent interest. Lastly, the Triumph Tiger 800 gets accessories including a free top box and pannier worth Rs. 1.52 lakh. The new offers are valid till March 31, 2019, at all of the company's dealerships in the country.

TVS Motor Company has updated the Apache RTR 160 with a single-channel ABS unit ahead of the March 31 deadline for installing the safety feature. The TVS Apache RTR 160 is the older generation version of the motorcycle and is sold alongside the newer Apache RTR 160 4V. The Apache RTR 160 is priced at Rs. 85,479 (ex-showroom, Chennai), which makes it more expensive than the non-ABS version by a little over Rs. 6000. The bike is being offered with ABS in both single-disc and dual-disc variants. The dual-disc ABS version is priced at Rs. 88,114 (ex-showroom, Chennai).

KTM India has finally updated the 250 Duke with Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS) as a standard feature. The safety system made its way across other KTM motorcycles in India recently including the 200 Duke and the 125 Duke, and the 250 was the only model to miss out on the same. The KTM 250 Duke ABS is priced at Rs. 1.94 lakh (ex-showroom), and commands a premium of Rs. 14,000 over the non-ABS version. The safety feature is now mandatory on motorcycles over the displacement of 125 cc on all two-wheelers and the deadline to meet the same is March 31, 2019.

India Kawasaki Motor is all set to deliver the absolute bonkers Ninja H2R to a a customer in the country today. The 2019 Kawasaki Ninja H2R is the most powerful production bike on sale at present and churns out in excess of 300 bhp. The bike, which is not street-legal, is priced at Rs. 72 lakh (ex-showroom) and is the only of its kind coming to India. It's not clear who the lucky owner is, as the customer wants to keep his identity under wraps. The Kawasaki Ninja H2R joins its tamer versions the Ninja H2 and the Ninja H2 SX, with a number of units of both motorcycles already sold in the country. The H2R is almost twice the price in comparison and boasts of incredible acceleration prowess as well.
