TVS Motor Company has recently announced the launch of its 100 cc motorcycle, TVS Sport, in Sri Lanka. The Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacturer has introduced the motorcycle with new sporty graphics and styling, with a 3D Chrome TVS logo on the fuel tank.

TVS Motor Company showcased the production version of the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V which runs on ethanol. The model was first shown as a concept at the 2018 Auto Expo held in February 2018.

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. has launched the new Gixxer 155 in India at a price of Rs. 100,212 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Bajaj Auto is not expected to produce the 150 cc V15 with ABS as mandated by safety regulations, and the V15 is likely to be discontinued. The V brand though, may make a comeback with the 125 cc Bajaj V12 by the end of the year.

According to sources in the know, Bajaj Auto may not launch the Pulsar NS125 in India after all, as we had assumed, but instead, a new Bajaj Pulsar 125 will be launched in the next few months.

Originally scheduled to make its India debut on July 4, 2019, CFMoto will now introduce its motorcycle line-up on July 19. The Chinese motorcycle maker has tied-up with Bengaluru-based AMW Motorcycles and will commence operations with four offerings - 300NK, 650NK, 650 MT and the 650GT. The launch event was postponed due to the Mumbai floods earlier this month, and will now be held in Bengaluru, where AMW is headquartered in the country. CFMoto-AMW's production facility will also be located in the city.

Revolt Intellicorp has received 2,500 pre-bookings for the RV 400 ever since it began pre-bookings on June 25, 2019. The company is also accepting bookings for the RV 400 through Amazon, which began on July 5, 2019.

UM officials did not respond to carandbike queries, but it's been reported that UM and Lohia will part ways, although an official announcement is yet to be made.
