Mercedes-Benz India will be bringing the EQ concept to the 2018 Auto Expo - The Motor Show. The carmaker is committed to introduce as many as 10 electric cars in its line-up by 2022 which will include SUVs, sedans and hatchbacks, and the EQ concept will be a preview to some of these future cars.

Mahindra 2Wheelers has been working on a cost effective version of the Mojo and the model has now started arriving at dealerships. The cost effective model has been badged as the Mahindra Mojo UT300 and skimps on a few features. Certain dealers are accepting bookings for a token amount for Rs. 5000 while prices are expected to be around Rs. 1.3-1.4 lakh (ex-showroom).

Tata Motors today announced the introduction of its updated Impact design 2.0 platform. Essentially a a sharper and bolder version of the current Impact design philosophy, the updated platform will bring a lot of improvements to the design and styling of the Tata's passenger cars.

French auto major, Renault has announced that it will be showcasing a range of products at the upcoming 2018 Auto Expo. The car maker plans to showcase electric vehicles, concept cars and a Formula 1 at its pavilion, in addition to its existing range of mass market offerings. With the newfound push towards electric mobility in the country, the car maker is looking to showcase its talent in the field from its global line-up.

Maruti Suzuki India says that it has sold more than 5.8 million Swifts globally. The 2018 Swift then, has big shoes to fill in and Maruti Suzuki isn't holding out on making this one a cracker of a car.

BMW Motorrad is all set to launch the F 850 GS in India at the Auto Expo 2018. The company might also launch the F 750 GS. Additionally, BMW will also showcase the G 310 R and the G 310 GS at the Auto Expo.

Indian auto giant Tata Motors will be revealing the prototypes of its all-new products at the upcoming 2018 Auto Expo. The company plans to unveil the much awaited Jeep Compass rival codenamed H5, while the Maruti Suzuki Baleno rivaling X451 premium hatchback will also make its debut. There is also a new LCV scheduled to be unveiled at the expo on February 7, 2018, in addition to a host of new mobility solutions.

Hyundai has started testing the new 2018 Santro Europe as well and a prototype model was spied undergoing cold weather testing. The India-spec model is likely to make its debut at the upcoming Auto Expo 2018.
