  The Octavia is now in its 3rd generation. We have had it in India since October 2013, but unlike the last two gens we have not got the sportier performance RS version as yet.   The new Skoda Octavia boasts of a more powerful engine - a 177 bhp 1.8-litre TSI turbo petrol and a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine. The interior has been revamped with features like a massive sunroof, a powered driver's seat with seat memory, a six-CD changer, dual-zone climate control, parking sensors, remote locking and such others. Other updates include an improved torque and a stiffer chassis.
