Renault India has confirmed that it will be launching the Captur in India before the end of 2017. The Captur is sold as the Kaptur in Russian and Latin American markets. It will be positioned above the Renault Duster and take on the likes of Hyundai Creta and Jeep Compass.

The Octavia vRS will be retailed in India as the Octavia RS and will be the first performance-oriented model from the Czech carmaker in India.

Taking cue from the Lexus range, Toyota will launch "new sports car series" next month in Japan which will have the Toyota Supra heading the line-up.

We expect the Hyundai Creta facelift to be showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo with a launch sometime after that.

The Xcent Prime currently sells around 2000-3000 units a month and with the addition of the CNG variant Hyundai is looking to add to those numbers and take the fight to none other than the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire Tour.
