Suzuki Motorcycle India has reached a landmark figure of 5 million units being manufactured at its Gurugram plant. The 5 millionth unit to be rolled out was the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.

Mahindra Two-Wheelers has released a teaser image of the upcoming BS6 compliant version of the Mojo 300. The updated motorcycle will finally meet the new emission regulations allowing the company to begin sales once again. The Mahindra Mojo 300 ABS was pulled off the shelves in April this year after the industry's transition to the new norms. The teaser image reveals little about the changes on the motorcycle barring the BS6 badge on the extended tank shroud and the 300 ABS stickering on the side panel. The bike is not expected to feature any major change.

The BS6 version of the Bajaj Avenger 160 Street is still India's most affordable cruiser motorcycle, despite the second hike in prices of the updated motorcycle.

The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Kawasaki has officially launched the highly-awaited Ninja ZX-25R quarter-litre motorcycle in the Indonesian market. Besides revealing the prices, the company also revealed the technical specifications of the quarter-litre of the bike. The small 250 cc motorcycle was revealed at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show and was expected to make its debut earlier this year. However, it got delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, the motorcycle has been launched in Indonesia and will soon hit other international markets as well.

According to a media report, Honda Motorcycles and Scooter India (HMSI) has deferred commissioning of a third assembly line due to slowdown in demand.
