The 2021 Porsche Macan embodies a sharper aesthetic appeal. Its front showcases a revamped nose, enriched with an inlay matching the exterior color. This design enhancement gives it a dominating presence on roads. The Macan GTS variant takes it up a notch with Its black-accented central nose section and other elements. Complementing its rear design is an eye-catching diffuser. The Macan lineup is further embellished with standard LED headlights equipped with the Porsche Dynamic Light System and Sport Design exterior mirrors. Porsche offers a choice of larger wheels, starting at 19 inches for the Macan, 20 inches for the Macan S, and 21 inches for the GTS.

Stepping inside the Macan, one is greeted with a plethora of updates. The newly designed centre console and new interior trim options highlight its luxury. Porsche’s shift from tactile buttons to touch surfaces, paired with a concise selector lever, adds to the SUV’s modern vibe. A 10.9-inch full HD touch display dominates the dashboard, offering Apple CarPlay, navigation, voice control, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and the Porsche Connect App. The Macan also flaunts the signature analogue clock and new multi-function and GT sports steering wheels, reminiscent of the 911 and Panamera models. While black is the standard interior finish, Porsche offers optional leather packages in an array of colors.

Scaling up, the Macan S and GTS are equipped with a potent 2.9-litre V6 engine. The Macan S produces 375 bhp and 520 Nm of torque, whereas the GTS pushes it further with 434 bhp and 550 Nm of torque. These powerful engines are paired with Porsche’s reliable 7-speed PDK DCT unit.
