Highlights

Zenvo Automotive has announced that Denmark's only high-performance automotive company is building a new hypercar and will be showcased at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show in March this year. While the details of the new Zenvo hypercar are being kept closely under wrap; the new hypercar is a highly anticipated model after the success of twin supercharged TS1 GT and TSR models. In 2016 Zenvo presented the ST1, the TS1 GT, along with its racetrack-bred sibling, the TSR. These cars featured a completely new in-house developed 5.8-litre lightweight twin-supercharged flat-plane V8 engine producing 1102 bhp, mated to Zenvo-designed motorsports-derived paddle shift 7-Speed dogleg gearbox. The new hypercar is expected to be more advanced churning out more power.

Zenvo CEO Angela Kashina said, "With everything now in place to launch this fantastic new model onto the market it is hard for us to wait patiently for the Geneva International Motor Show to share this car with the world. The fact that we are holding back to the opening day of the exhibition on March 6 is a testimony to how much we value this event."

Keeping the details under wrap, the new Zenvo hypercar will most likely better the performance than its predecessor as it is expected to churn out close to 1200 bhp of max power. This is in the same league as the Bugatti Chiron, Rimac Concept Two, Aston Martin Valkyrie and McLaren P15 hypercar. Price will be in the range of around £1.2 million (Rs. 10.81 crore), and will be limited to just 5 cars per year. Zenvo manufactures its models at its facility in Praesto, Denmark.
