Ford Bronco

The best thing about this car – is it has almost already made a comeback. Rumors had been floating around about the return of this SUV. Finally, Ford has brought it back as an extreme off-roading vehicle, and people couldn't have been happier.

GMC Typhoon

Very few of these cars were made even though it was one of the high-performing SUVs. In total, only 4697 cars were made. So finding one these days is a very rare sighting.

International Scout

The car had to suffer a major misfortune when it was released. A long strike during the time of its release pushed International into debt. That meant that the company couldn't make this SUV anymore and discontinued the production.

Jeep Wagoneer

The Jeep Wagoneer is supposed to make a comeback into the modern market. The original production started in 1993 but ended in 1996. The pandemic might've pushed back the production of the Wagoneer, but it should soon make a comeback!

Land Rover Defender

One of the main reasons why the Land Rover Defender was discontinued has to do with the safety hazards that came with the product. Harmful emissions were one of the major problems. Unsatisfactory performance during safety crashes did not do the car any favors either. The government thus banned it from plying on the roads.

Mitsubishi Pajero

This car was discontinued very recently – in 2021. The company announced the discontinuation of the production of Pajero. Overall, the car was a rockstar with a great sound system and a high-performance engine. But it couldn't reach the sale levels that the company would've hoped for.

Suzuki Samurai

The Samurai is a pretty important car. This was the first 4WD car that Suzuki sold on US soil. The car ran for quite a while but was later discontinued.

Toyota FJ

After the car was released, it was one of the most popular off-road vehicles in the market. It managed to create quite a buzz. But the 2008 recession was extremely tough on Toyota, and they were forced to discontinue the FJ.

Skoda Yeti

The Skoda Yeti was not discontinued; it was more of a replacement. The car was replaced by a better model, a bigger brother of sorts. The car was produced for about two years.

It is speculated that many of these cars might make a comeback shortly, but only time will tell if the world will get to see these classics once again.
