Triumph Expands India Footprint, Opens Showroom In Bhubaneshwar

Triumph Motorcycles India Pvt. Ltd has opened the company's new dealership in Bhubaneshwar, expanding the British motorcycle manufacturer's dealership network to 14 cities. Triumph already has dealerships in Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Indore, Vijaywada, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kochi and Kolkata. The new dealership, called Shri Bharat Motors, will offer the entire range of motorcycles from the new dealership, spread across five broad categories - modern classic, roadsters, supersports, cruisers, and adventure and touring models. Triumph will be offering 100 per cent finance on certain models through HDFC Bank.

The Bhubaneshwar Triumph dealership boasts of special zones such as a consultation lounge, build your own bike zone, merchandise display and two service bays in accordance with the signature Triumph Motorcycles layout. As with every other Triumph Motorcycles dealership, the staff at Shri Bharat Motors has been trained by experts from Triumph to deliver best-in-class pre and post sales experience in synch with global standards.
Triumph started India operations in 2014 and boasts of more than 4,000 Triumph owners in India. Triumph has an assembly facility in Manesar, Haryana where many of the models sold in India are assembled from completely knocked down (CKD) kits. In the period from April to June 2017, Triumph sold 433 motorcycles in India, and around 40 per cent of those sales numbers come from the modern classic range, which includes models like the Street Twin, Bonneville T100, Bonneville T120, Bonneville Bobber and Thruxton R. Triumph's adventure touring bikes are also hot sellers with the Tiger 800 range dominating the adventure touring category in the Indian market.
