This Is The Fastest Highway In India
Highlights
The Yamuna Expressway is the fastest highway in India that helps boost the socio-economic development of districts such as Agra, Mathura, Aligarh and Gautam Budh Nagar significantly. India's longest six-lane expressway comes with many minor bridges, 183 culverts, five toll plazas, 70 vehicular underpasses and 76 pedestrian underpasses. Developed by Jaypee Infratech Ltd, the expressway runs along the eastern bank of the Yamuna River on one side and NH-91 (Old Grand Trunk Road) on the other. With a design speed of 120 kmph, you can reach Agra from Delhi (a distance of 270 km) in just four hours.
