Highlights

After months of waiting, Fast and Furious 7 finally hit the theatres earlier this month and every one knows how that went. In Vin Diesel's words, "Pablo, this weekend you turned the world into a family." The cars, Jason Statham, and all the action apart, the movie also featured a moving tribute to Paul Walker towards the end that reduced even grown men to tears. And if, like us, you are not ready to let go of Paul Walker just yet, here's your chance to own a car he drove in the first Fast and Furious movie.

US-based Mecum Auctions will put up the customised 1993 Toyota Supra stunt car for auction in May. To refresh your memory, the car featured in the famous quarter mile drag race between Dom and Brian in The Fast and The Furious. While Dom was in a 1970 Dodge Charger R/T, Brian was in the aforementioned orange Toyota Supra - which was built by renowned mechanic Eddie Paul.

Mecum Auctions says the car is powered by a 3.0-litre inline-6 engine that develops 220 horses. It also gets a 5-speed transmission. Other than that, the Supra features twin Holley Performance nitrous oxide bottles, reinforced with heavy-duty suspension, a full roll cage, competition seats, and a Jaz Products fuel cell. We aren't done yet; the car also sports a Bomex body kit, APR wing, Yokohama tyres, and graphics by Modern Image of San Diego.

Considering the response the 7th Fast and Furious movie received, I am guessing this baby is going to fetch a lot of money.
