Limited Edition Maserati Ghibli Ribelle Unveiled

Maserati has recently pulled the wraps off a new limited edition model of its popular four-door sports sedan Ghibli. Christened the Maserati 'Ghibli Ribelle', the new limited edition car gets a stealthy and stylish black treatment called the "NeroRibelle" mica colour, which further accentuates the car's bold Italian design. Maserati has said that it will be making only 200 example of the new Ghibli Ribelle for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) markets, and it will officially go on sale in Europe, in October 2018.

The exterior of the new limited edition Maserati Ghibli also gets an exclusive glossy black 19-inch Proteo alloy wheels with contrasting red laser etched details and contrast red brake callipers. The cabin, on the other hand, gets a two-tone black/red dashboard, black door panels and red central armrest, black leather Sport steering wheel with tone-on-tone stitching, and steering wheel paddle shifters. The car also gets sporty power seats with 12 position memories, upholstered in two-tone in black/red premium leather with contrast stitching. Maserati has also added an exclusive chromed aluminium badge bearing the legendary Trident combined with the new Ribelle logo on the central console, in Black Piano finish wood.

Maserati is also offering an optional Ribelle Plus package with this limited edition Ghibli. The Ribelle Plus package comes with special laminated privacy windows, which are designed to further enhance thermal and sound insulation. In addition to that, the car also features full-LED Matrix adaptive headlights, Harman Kardon premium sound system, and opening sunroof.

Under the hood, the new limited edition Ghibli Ribelle will come with the option of three engines - a V6 turbo-diesel engine that makes 275 bhp, in addition to two V6 twin-turbo V6 petrol engines, which offer 350 bhp and 430 bhp respectively. The engines have been designed by Maserati Powertrain and are built at the Ferrari's Maranello plant.
