The 2021 Lamborghini Huracan EVO RWD Spyder is all set to go on sale in India on June 8, 2021, and the convertible version will join RWD Coupe that is already on sale in the country. The new Huracan EVO RWD Spyder packs the same 5.2-litre naturally-aspirated V10 engine that develops 602 bhp and 560 Nm of peak torque. The motor is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Compared to the AWD version, the Huracan EVO RWD Spyder drops about 28 bhp and 40 Nm. And that's because power is only sent to the rear wheels on this version.

Expect prices on the Lamborghini Huracan EVO RWD Spyder to be around Rs. 3.5 crore (ex-showroom). That will make the convertible marginally more expensive than the Huracan EVO RWD Coupe went on sale last year with a price tag of Rs. 3.22 crore (ex-showroom). The new Huracan Spyder is identical in performance to the RWD Coupe. It manages to sprint from 0-100 kmph in 3.5 seconds, which makes it 0.2 seconds slower than the Coupe version while the top speed is rated at 324 kmph, 1 kmph slower than the coupe.

The Lamborghini Huracan also gets the brand's Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva active aerodynamic technology allowing the car to switch between maximum downforce and low drag setups. It also gets the Performance Traction Control System (P-TCS) for consistent torque delivery and improves driving dynamics. With respect to the soft-top, the foldable unit can open or close in 17 seconds at speeds of up to 50 kmph.
