After a 11 year long stint, Ken Block moved on from Ford and signed a deal with Audi last year. However, going forward Block will not be seen drifting around in an Audi, but will be seen behind the wheel a Porsche. And as one would expect, it's a bespoke model with a mid-mounted engine like we have seen in the Porsche 911 RSR. It's a new one-off machine christened "Hoonipigasus" and is dressed to impress in a special livery harkening back to the 1971 Porsche 917/20 "Pink Pig."

The car has been reworked by BBi Autosport and has been engineered with a height-adjustable suspension.

It is powered by a 4.0-litre flat-six, twin-turbo motor belting out a manic 1,400 bhp and all that power is channelled to both axles in a specced race car that tips the scales at just 1,000 kg. That said, Ken Block won't be participating for the first time in Pikes Peak. He drove a Group N rally car back in 2005 during his first year in racing. In 2017, he participated in a 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn RTR V2 starring in the 'Climbkhana: Pikes Peak' film.
