Kawasaki has already started taking bookings from some of its upcoming dealerships, before they start full-fledged operations. The company made this possible as it did not want the customers to wait any longer than necessary. Currently, Kawasaki has 12 functioning dealerships and the company says that the company needs more dealership in order to cater to more customers, which is a good sign. Out of 12, eight Kawasaki dealers also run a mobile service van facility. The Japanese company parted ways with Bajaj after an eight-year old alliance, which saw Kawasaki selling motorcycles from Bajaj's Pro-Biking dealerships.
