Jaguar's F-Pace Enthrals With Special Act on Two-Wheels

- Jaguar F-Pace makes dramatic two-wheeled debut at Goodwood
- Terry Grant pilots the F-Pace as Lee Bowers stands on the side of the car
- This is the 2nd extreme stunt with the F-Pace after the Loop-the-Loop
For this new thrilling act, Grant drove the all-new F-Pace, Jaguar's first performance crossover, up the famous Goodwood hill on two wheels. To bring the spectators to the edge of their metaphorical seats, Bowers climbed out from the passenger side of the car to stand on the side of the F-Pace. What made the act even more thrilling was that Bowers not just straight but even up-side-down and ended the show with a salute to the crowd before climbing down inside, all this while Grant managed the keep the vehicle steady on two wheels.

Lee Bowers Performing on the Jaguar F-Pace
To successfully execute this act, even experts like Grant and Bowers had to go through extensive planning and practice in the controlled environment of Santa Pod Raceway in Northamptonshire. In the official statement released by the company says that the final preparations were completed just days ahead of the live event that took place over the weekend.
This is not the first time Jaguar has attempted a near-death stunt with the F-Pace. Last year during the launch of the crossover, Jaguar set the Guinness World Record for the world's biggest loop-the-loop. In fact the feat was achieved by Trent Grant himself who drove the F-Pace through a record-breaking 360 degree loop. Grant and the F-Pace sped through the specially built structure to complete the record loop and officially signal the opening of order books worldwide.
Terry Grant, legendary stunt driver, said: "When Jaguar gave me the opportunity to reunite with the F-PACE used to break the world's largest loop record, I couldn't say no. Its light, stiff aluminium body and precise controls make it the perfect wheelie vehicle, and it was great to have Lee Bowers along for company - even if he did climb out halfway through our run!"
