Hyundai Tucson Facelift Spied Testing In The Snow

Hyundai is working on introducing the Tucson facelift later this year or early next year. How we know you ask? Well, new spy shots have emerged of 2019 Hyundai Tucson facelift, working its way in the snow in Scandinavia and wearing a double layer of camouflage. This heavy clothing makes it difficult to say anything about the changes, but reports suggest that the Tucson facelift will come with a new grille, similar to the one on i30 hatch and Sonata sedan. However, we don't expect major cosmetic changes and engine will most likely remain the same. Expect Hyundai to unveil the Tucson facelift later this year.

In terms of design, the Hyundai Tucson facelift will sport new headlights, taillights along with cladding around the front bumper and a radiator grille which takes its inspiration from the new Kona SUV. The Tucson gets more rounded in its appearance, as the company is attempting to give it a premium look. Moreover, the headlights will come in two options- one with LED and technology while the other one will get standard halogen projector units.
